Order Processing & Shipping Information

All orders are carefully inspected, packed, and prepared within 3–5 business days. We ensure each item meets our quality standards before it leaves our hands.

Shipped via USPS or FedEx
Delivery timeframe: 15–20 business days after dispatch

🌍 International Orders
Delivery timeframe: 15–30 business days, depending on location and distance from the nearest fulfillment center

🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can also check your status anytime on our [Track Your Order] page.


 Cancellations & Address Changes

Need to cancel or update your shipping address?
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order:

⚠️ Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.


🚪 Delivery Attempts

Most carriers will attempt delivery up to two times.
If the delivery is unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us.
📦 Please note: re-delivery may require an additional shipping fee.


💥 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, please email us at novalis@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged item

We’ll send you a free replacement as soon as possible.
